Booking Options
- Last-Minute Booking: You can choose this option if you need our product on the same day or the next.
- Advance Booking: You can choose this option if you need our product at least after 2 days.

Rental Period Policy
- Rental Duration: You can choose a rental period of 2 to 12 days.
- Booking Types:
- Advance Booking: Products booked in advance will be delivered one day prior to the rental start date. Pickup will be one day after your rental period ends.
- Last-Minute Booking: Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered same evening. Orders placed between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Rental period starts once you receive the products. Pickup will be one day after your rental period ends.

Rental Charges
- The base fee listed on our website covers a 2-day rental period.
- Rent and security deposit shall be collected in advance.
- For each additional day beyond the initial 2-day rental period, a 5% fee of the product order value will be charged.

Delivery and Pickup Charges
- Last-Minute Booking: A Rs. 350 charge will apply for last-minute bookings (same-day or next-day delivery). This covers both delivery and pickup.
- Advance Booking:There are no charges for delivery and pickup for advance bookings.

Usage Guidelines
Inspection at Delivery:
Customers are expected to inspect products upon delivery and report discrepancies
immediately. Later claims will not be entertained.
The products shall be delivered only to the residential/office address of the client and not to any other person (watchman/caretaker/house help etc.)
For Sarees:
- Avoid Safety Pins: Use saree shape wear or fashion tape instead of safety pins.
- Protect from Spills: Keep saree away from water, food, and beverages.
- No Chemicals: Avoid applying perfume, deodorant, or any chemicals like sindhoor directly on the fabric.
- No Alterations: Do not alter or stitch the saree/blouse. Share size details during booking for necessary adjustments and we will ensure best fit for you.
- Additional Care: Products rented through Sukriti are delicate and valuable, requiring extra care to prevent any damage.
For Jewellery:
- Return in Original Condition : Return jewellery undamaged, with no missing stones or scratches.
- No Cleaning or Alterations : Do not clean or attempt to alter the jewellery.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep jewellery away from sindhoor, perfumesand other chemicals to prevent tarnishing.
- Preserve Jewellery: Store precious jewellery in soft pouches and avoid exposure to heat or humidity.
- No Dismantling or Mixing: Do not dismantle the jewellery to match with other pieces or entangle it with other jewellery, as this can cause damage. Store each piece separately to preserve its condition.

Return Procedure:
Items must be returned on the agreed date in their original condition and packaging.

Damage Policy
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000 for each saree or jewellery item will be collected at the time of booking.
Examples of damage and applicable charges:

Refund Policy
- Security deposits shall be processed within 24 , hours, once the products are returned and inspected.
- If the customer exceeds the agreed rental period, a 5% fee per day will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any damage to the items will result in deductions as per our policy.
- Once the order is placed, you can modify/cancel the order within 30 minutes.
- If the customer returns the products within 3 hours of receiving the order, without using it, a Rs. 1000 deduction will be made from the security deposit.
